Description of incident
I captured in my ring camera that a black man with a colorful hoodie (Blue hoddie, with one white arm, one green arm, and the pocket in front of the hoodie is red) entered our condo parking lot around 12:58 AM, and stole a Trek bike (model FX2- Disc Stagger) that was locked in a tree in front of our car, in a few minutes the black man cut the cable that was locking the bike and took the bike with him at 01:02AM.
