Description of incident
Incident Description: I locked up my bicycle in the north bicycle racks by the Citadel Theatre on Sunday, October 20, 2024 in the afternoon and attended an event (about 3 hours) at the Citadel. When I came back to the bike rack, it was gone. I looked around Churchill Square and the library just in case the thief was still around but didn't see anything
