Description of incident
On October 20, at approximately 11:00 AM, I discovered that my bicycle was missing from where I had last secured it. My friend, who retrieved her own bike around 7:00 PM the previous evening, confirmed that my bike was still there at that time. The bicycle, along with its lock, had been taken. Additionally, I noticed another bike seat discarded on the grass nearby, and some other bikes without locks remained untouched.
