Description of incident
My bike was locked at the rooftop of 88 Perry St. with a U-Lock, for a week since I was moving. When I went there after a week, the bike was stolen. They tried to cut the lock but they couldn't, the lock was still there, working. Maybe they cut the body frame of the bike and took it out but my friend who locked it is not %100 sure that he locked from the frame - he might have locked it from a tire.
