Distinguishing features

White frame fixed gear bike, size small. Around 50-52 cm frame size. Fixed gear bike, with front and back brakes. Handle bars have been replaced to flat bars, with bright blue grip tape. Pedals have been replaced to black pedals with black straps. White frame has small specks of white nail polish, covering imperfections. No brand name on bike.

Description of incident

White frame, fixed gear bike. Small size frame. Bike was locked up on 8 Ave SW on Oct. 4 @6pm. Less than 1 hour after locking, bike lock presumed cut and bike was taken, as someone walked by.
