Locked bike up 1:15p went into class came out at 4:50p and bike was gone. Tidewater Community College has footage of it being taken. Told police this but haven’t heard back yet. The bike has yellow grips and yellow race face Chester pedals. A Topeka bike rack and se black and tan front tire.
