Description of incident
A young Caucasian male, late 20s to early 30s with dark brown hair in a man-bun, between 5’10”-6’0” approached my bike and proceeded to break the chain lock and remove my bike from the bike parking stall. He then proceeded to board the light rail from the northbound platform.
