Description of incident
Used bike 09/21 at 4pm. Left bike locked to rack outside of the south entrance to Williams Village North using black U lock. Bike was not on rack st 12pm on 09/23. Lock was also not at bike rack. Bike is a large frame and has heavily worn rear tire.
