Description of incident
Gresham Police showed me a video of the last person seen riding it. Spoke to a Gentleman named Rico, agreed that he will be returning the bike and no police will be involved. So hopefully his honesty comes through. Mall 205 area or Burnside area keep an eye out folks. Rico you got till today September 20th to come on by with the bike or else I will be making a report to the police. They seem to know your whereabouts very well.
