Description of incident

It happened some time between September 10 and September 13 while I was at work (1pm-10pm); I only realized it was missing on September 14. While it was not locked or bolted to anything, it was kept on the back patio that has a tall railing that is difficult to climb over and has no gate so the only way to get there is the apartment's back door that is/was difficult to open because it kept getting stuck so I keep that door locked and bolted. There was a muddy tire track in the living room area which indicates that the thief went through the front door, forced open the back door, then wheeled the bike out the front before relocking the back door (possibly the front door as well because I always lock the front door when I leave for work; unless I forgot to lock it that day or they are an expert lockpicker, I think they may have had a key). There are no scrape marks on the patio railing.
