Description of incident
2 boys with hoodies on one motorized bike approached my daughter and her friend. My daughter and her friend were off their bike when the boys started talking to them and one boy jumped off the bike and jumped on my daughter’s bike and rode away towards rancho viejo rd. Bike was stolen in front of the clubhouse at Highland.
