NOTE: I am submitting this report on behalf of Tina Pillas, a participant in my non-profit's Ride2Own e-bike program (nonprofit name: The Street Trust). I was notified the morning of September 13th at 9:35 am that the bike was stolen and the bike lock was cut from a bike rack at N Hodge Ave and N Lombard St. Bike stolen between evening of Sept 12 and morning of Sept 13.
