Dark blue almost black looking Trek Marlin 7 mountain bike. TREK is orinted in big white lettering on the frame. Likely is missing front tire or has a mismatched tire put on the front as the thief removed the front tire and stole the rest of the frame.

Description of incident
Parked bike at rack directly outside safeway on philomath blvd. There was a white man with a cardboard sign, appeared homeless, who was sitting outside when my husband went in. When he came out, the front tire had been removed and the rest of his bike was gone. The man with the sign was gone.
