Description of incident
On Thursday September 12th, 2024 around 3:45 pm bike was parked at Modera LoHi Apartments Vehicles Garage Entrance, chained (with a heavy duty security chain) to a building metal handlebar, by 10:20 pm the bike was gone, chain was cut a bit of it was left.
