stolen Brodie Omega

I locked my blue bicycle to the bicycle rack on center (between the Marguerite bus stop and shaded seating areas, 37.443287, -122.164771) of southbound platform of the Palo Alto Caltrain Station at 8:10AM. I got on the southbound train shortly after. In the evening, I arrived back to the station and at around 5:10PM found my bicycle stolen. The front wheel and lock were left behind. I assume the thief released the front wheel and took the bicycle. Therefore, I assume the thief has a blue bicycle with only the rear wheel
