It's a HYPER electric booster with a pedal bicycle. It's a RED And BLACK bike. I parked my bike outside the Walmart Parsons Road NW Edmonton, AB yesterday at 9:00 pm. There was a steel lock on it. but the thief cut it and stole my bike I came back after 30 mins shopping when I came out to take the bag from the bike and saw it was not there.
