From everything I can find it is German. Grips are red, in fair condition but not great. Some scratches on frame (see photos). Roughly 2010 based on the parts and what I have found online that is in English. I have moved twice since purchasing and have lost the record of the serial number. I had just moved to Denver and hadn't had a chance to register locally yet. The shop where I got it changed computer systems a few months ago and was unable to help.

Returned to bike rack at end of day to find my bike gone. Police were able to locate quickly on campus security cameras but could not determine identifying characteristics of thief. Video showed me locking bike and awhile later someone cutting the lock with bolt cutters and riding off.
