stolen 2018 Ecotric Fat Tire

I just moved into my apartment on 09/07 and went outside this morning 09/09 to get my bike info to register it but it was gone from where I parked in at the bike rack outside my unit. My bike was locked with a u-lock and a cable lock. There was an additional cable lock and u-lock on the handlebars that were not in use. The bike is electric and cannot be powered on without the key, which I have. The bike has sanrio stickers all around the frame and battery. I cannot confidently say when it was stolen exactly, but it must have been yesterday 09/08 or today morning 09/09. I have keys to all the locks, bike charger, and can find any other info necessary to prove it’s mine. Please help!!! It’s my primary form of transportation and very dear to me.
