stolen 2023 Lectric eBikes Xpedition

I rode this bike to Rayback on Tue 09/03/2024 where I locked it up at the bike rack on the W side of the courtyard at about 6:05p prior to my entrance. I was there until ~8:45p when I went with friends to the adjacent pizza place (Cosmo's) and then returned to get the bike at Rayback ~9:30p. At the rack I discovered the bike missing with the lock (which had been cut) still hanging in place. I immediately went in to Rayback and while I was inquiring about security cameras (none reported) I recalled that my iPad was in a saddlebag on the bike. I used my phone to track the location of my iPad which indicated it was a short ways down the bike path to the south near the Shady Hollow East complex. My friends and I searched around that location while I called the police. Only after the officer (Esparza) arrived with a more powerful flashlight did we find the saddlebags, which had been cut off and discarded by the bank of the creek. Unfortunately there was no sign of the bike.
