Around 7pm Saturday 8/31 at 24 Fitness Chapman/Gilbert, Garden Grove city location. My son locked the e-bike at the provided location on the parking lot of the gym. When he came out of the workout, the bike is gone, the chain is cut. The gym’ camera shows from the back stealer described an African American male.
