Thief illegally entered apartment building, cut the cable lock that was locking my bike to a set of stairs (inside the building), carried it out, and sold/gave it away immediately. It was last seen on the morning Tues 8/27 on NW 6th & Glisan near Union Station being ridden by a black male.
