Left bike chained to bike lock inside Riverwalk Condo Complex on Old Spanish Trail. I was out of town for two weeks and when I got back both the bike and lock were missing, however there was a chain link fragment that was clearly cut on the ground beneath where the bike had been. Could have been stolen any day between July 11 and July 28
