Distinguishing features
It is a black bike with writing in blue, and in black surrounded by blue. Seat has silver stripe along the front. The bike is black, and blue, with some small silver markings. The valve caps are bright green.

Description of incident
Last time I saw the bike was on October 1st at about 8:30pm. I discovered that the bike was missing on October 7th at 4:10pm. The bike was locked with a cable lock on the bike rack on the east side of the Cheyenne Arapaho Hall. It could have been stolen anytime between that timeframe. There was also a front light and a rear light attached to the bike.
