Description of incident
Parked and locked at city provided bike lock station. Bike was blocked from view by motorcycles parking on sidewalk in front of Subterranean Coffee House. An individual who saw me park bike before going into Barre3 said he saw a black man ride off on it. Bike has a Rubik's cube bell.
