stolen 1990 Miyata touring bike

I'm a daily commuter and having my bike stolen is devastating. Silver 1990's touring Miyata. Has black bar tape and black rear rack. At the time it was stolen it had on a black handlebar bag, a coffee mug holder with a green travel mug in it, and a yellow and black lock on the handlebars. It has stickers on it that say "support our teachers" and "brains before beauty: wear a helmet" and "support farmers, eat local" and "go by bike". It also has a funky LED light on the front wheel that looks like a white long rectangle about the length of a spoke. It has a handlebar extender so the rider sits higher and versatile pedals with clips on one side and platform on the other.
