Bike was covered and locked to staircase in backyard. Someone used large wire cutters to cut bike lock and either carried the bike or broke the cafe lock. Wire cutters were left at scene as well as cut kryptonite lock cable. Incident reported to Somerville Police Department and an officer came to scene. Report forthcoming.
