Distinguishing features
My bike is mainly gray and black, with a basic seat and brake system. It does have a water bottle cage. The grips are newer (gray) as well as the tires. It was stolen from outside of the LA Fitness at the Ballard Blocks location despite being locked up and old.

Description of incident
I parked at LA Fitness to attend a class that started at 7:00 pm at 6:50 pm. I locked my bike around the frame and front wheel to a parking sign alongside a large, black truck.
