This is a limited edition Hey bike horizon #141 out of 500. It was locked on a bike rack at the west end of Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco at the SE corner of Jefferson and Hyde. It was taken sometime between 12:30pm to 4pm on Wed July 31st 2024 The battery was shut off and locked.
