In a gated parking garage. Thief cut through metal gate to open garage cut our 3 locks and tried to steal 3 bikes before being interrupted by security. Got away with the Raleigh. Video footage showed wearing full mask, backpack with tools. Could see eyes/nose in one shot, white male.
