Hiland H100 26" mountain bike black with blue and orange accents. DIY eBike kit from Yescom USA (48V 1000W), Unit Power Pack battery mounted to the frame. Battery key and charging cable were not with the bike, owner has them. Front and rear tire treads do not match. Accessories on the bike include mirrors on the handlebars, an electric horn on left handlebar, rechargeable front and rear lights, throttle on right handlebar, bag and LCD display on stem, battery mounted within the frame, bike alarm under seat, rear rack with small tool bags, non-stock seat. Handlebars do not have the rubber covers at the ends. Accessories have likely been removed.

incident occurred between 2 and 3 PM on July 15th. Bike was at bike rack inside building but unlocked. Thief was able to enter two doors that were supposed to be locked. Security footage has been provided to local police.
