Rize Blade 2020 stolen in Washington DC, near Logan Circle. The knobby tires shown in the uploaded picture have been replaced with smooth, street tires. The front wheel has a light up tube light. The front brake isn't working great and makes a lot of noise in use, til it's quite warmed up
