Description of incident
I was at the bus stop waiting for the 8 University across the street was the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald the bus stop number was 1542. There was an older truck going North bound up MacDougall Hill Road he ended up doing a U turn and drove up over the curb. I had my right arm in a cast cause of a fracture to my right wrist so, I couldn't do much but yell at the white guy. He had a heavy accent. He was yelling thief thief. I told him I am calling the cops while he grabbed my bike leaning on a pole. He said do it and jumped into his truck and sped south bound back down MacDougall Hill road.
