I was at the Three Creeks Library working on school work, I went to leave at closing and saw that my bike was gone and the bike lock was sitting on the ground in two peices, cut by a pair of bolt cutters. the seat wobbles forward and backward when pressure is added and the front reflecter is broken almost in two.
