stolen Liberia

My bike is a large road bike. It has black tape on the handlebars that are scraped on the bottom of the left side. The frame is metallic tuquiouse/greenish and has a liberia logo on the front above the fork, which is a black, silver, and yellow sun. Next to that is a yellow oval sticker that says 'permit' and has a number below it. The seat is a large black and gray schwinn seat that sits high up and is adjusted by allen keys. There is a broken brake light on the rear post of the frame. The wheels are black and red and wrapped in thin dunlop tires. There is a yellow water bottle holder attached to the frame. The only original parts are the frame, the brakes, and some of the gear components.
