Description of incident
11/8/2024 Bike was locked to parking sign. At 12:10pm a thief destroyed parking sign and removed bicycle with orange and black kryptonite u-lock mini on top tube thief is slender, 5'9"-6'0" dark green top, dark pants, light nike shoes, orange/yellow rag on head. Biked away toward Ballard.
