stolen 2011 Specialized Sirrus Sport 3x

I parked my bike at the bicycle rack outside lake merritt bart station. the corner of oak street and 9th. I locked it around 8:30AM and I came back to get it at around 5:30pm and it was gone. All that was left was my front tire which was still locked in place.
