My Specialized Globe Haul ST e-cargo bike was stolen from the Strand Condominium garage in the middle of the day. The bike had a front basket and rack, had a black handlebar bag, and had a water bottle holder mounted on the side of the head tube. The bike has several scuff marks on the paint where white shows through - paint scratches from the end of the chain hitting the tube.
