2 Cannondale Adventure Neo Allroad Speed electric bikes were loaded and locked to Thule Easyfold XT 2 bike rack (w/ built-in locking mechanism) at approximately 9:45am on Thursday, March 21st. At 10:00am the bikes were stolen by 2 adults: 1 male Hispanic approximately 5’9” - 6’, weight 170lbs - 200lbs, and 1 adult (sex unknown), approximately 5’1 - 5’3”, weight 190lbs - 210lbs. One bike was ridden away, while the other bike was placed onto the roof of a blue Honda Odyssey minivan. The driver later stopped and the bike was transferred into the minivan and driven away.
