Bike was 5 feet from me and my bike was already damaged when i got it back from downtown police hq and had just spent 5 hours hand bending my derailer by hand so i barely made it across halfway of jasper and this jerk grabbed it ..i seen the dickhead who has it already changed a lot. I last seen him riding by casino and all around dt area.....he seems to be a night person
