The Bike was locked to the wall in my apartment parking garage (4540 Snelling Ave, Minneapolis, MN, 55406). When I went down to my car to go to work, this morning at 7:45AM, 3/11/24, I saw my bike lock cut on the ground. The picture of this is attached to the report.
The bike has a milk basket attached to the back. It is a large frame. It also has a phone holder on the front of the bike.
