stolen 2023 Trek Marlin 5 S

We locked both my bike and my daughter's bike at the bike lock on 24 Library Ave, part of the City of Santa Barbara Downtown Parking Lot #7, directly opposite the Santa Barbara Public Library. I had locked both my bike and my daughter's bike to the metal bike circle post, along side many other people's bikes. I used a combination chain lock. Directly after locking up the bikes we entered the library at just before 1pm Sat Mar 9 2024, and we exited the library less than 30 minutes later. The thief had cut my chain lock, and took my daughter's bike. They did not take my bike, and I didn't see any other broken locks. There was a security guard at the library and I spoke to him, he said there had been several bike thefts from this location recently. He hadn't seen anything. The bike was brand new, we had it since Feb 23 2024, and had only ridden it 3 times.
