Distinguishing features
Three wheels, silvery gray, has a back rest adjustable seat, a dog mat in the basket in the back (can be taken out), front head light that can only be powered on by turning battery on and holding the + sign down for three seconds, and on the back two wheels is supposed to be a hub caps to protect it but decorated but instead are two (three prongs) of the bars still placed once hub caps get fixed.

Description of incident
Walked down stairs to get to work and the bike is GONE. No lock. There are other bikes down underneath the stairs where my bike has been, and along with two mattresses and a smart&final shopping cart.
