stolen 2024 Trek Rail 9.9 CXR US M Lava Gen 4

The theft happened through a locally order that we had come through today at 3pm with the customer Curtis Connell. I took the Locally order and called the customer to confirm the order . He informed that he would be in within the hour to pick up the bike. He called back and let me know that he was having a driver pick up the bike i informed him that i needed to see the order number and ID card. He provided the Uber driver with the locally order number and ID photo I saw and called the customer back and let him know i verified the information and all is good. The actual person called and let us know that his wallet was stolen, and he just had a 14k charge on his card come through.
