My wife bought this bike this morning from a couple who live in a large apt complex at 900 S. Vermont in Los Angeles. The said they bought it for their mom and it was too fast for her, and that she had lost the keys. It's obvious to me that the bike has been stolen. The battery lock has been ground down and the battery has been hacked so that the bike runs in the "OFF" key position. We are hoping to return it to the original owner!
