Man came to front of house - black coat - black male - under 6ft tall - takes packages that were just delivered by amazon - then you can see he moves to the back of the house - enters back fence - walks over to garden shed - gets into the shed that was locked - cuts lock - then takes cargo bike - must have taken into the alley because the helmet was dropped in the alley as well as parts of the packages he stole.
