Description of incident
1. Incident occured b/w 10 a.m to 1.30 pm on December 21st 2023 2. Location - infront of giesel library, escooter/ bicycle locking stand on the right side, if coming from library. 3. Had locked and left to library around 10 am 4. Upon return, had found only the lock lying. 5. Upon observation, found some cctv cameras close to the location
