Description of incident
Two person team entered the open garage where the bike was locked up. First person cut the rack that the bike was locked to off the wall. Second person walked up a few minutes later and removed the bike from the wall rack and then walked it out of the garage. Two u-locks and rear wheel lock remained in place on the bike.
