Distinguishing features

It's got a bunch of stickers on it, but I assume someone would probably remove them if it got stolen. Brooks leather saddle. Somewhat distinctively, it has one STI shifter for the rear gears (right handlebar), but a friction shifter for the front gears on the down tube. I bought this on Craigslist in 2019 or 2020 in Pittsburgh.
