Bike was locked with a u-lock to a bike rack behind 9 ft chain link fenced in lot with barbed wire over the top… a man came in when the gate opened for a car and proceeded to cut the lock with what looked like a dremel. It took him 10 minutes around 4pm on a Friday. It was on security camera but he was wearing a ski mask.
