Was riding a bike to Walmart to get a drink but as i was getting in the walmart, i saw a homeless African American with a dog i believe and he was apparently telling people to take the dog? I dont know but i did tell the employees about it. however, when i left the walmart, the bike was gone as well as the guy with the dog so i can only assume he stole it.
